Clients have the right
to receive full safety
briefings, clear
instructions, and to ask
guides for any
clarification, as well as
information about the
local ecosystem and
activity procedures.
Clients are provided
with all necessary
safety equipment,
protective gear,
transportation to the
starting point, and
a bottle of drinking
water during the
activity.
Clients are guided
throughout the activity
by qualified and
certified personnel to
ensure safety,
enjoyment, and a
well-organized
experience.
Clients may participate
in activities such as
swimming or jumping,
but only under the
guide’s permission and
supervision, and may
request short stops
when safety allows.
Clients receive free
photos from the
activity, but delivery
is not guaranteed in
case of issues like
equipment loss or
water damage.
Clients have the right
to withdraw from the
activity at any time
if they feel unsafe,
after informing the
guide.
Clients have the right
to have their personal
data protected and
treated confidentially
by the company.
